Desserts and pastries

The hustle and bustle in our kitchen starts right from the morning. That’s when we start making the day’s bread and pastry dough and prepare the day’s dishes. Almost all the pastries offered in our restaurant are made fresh to be served daily to our customers.

Almost all the ingredients used in baking are lactose-free.

We also regularly bake gluten-free delicacies.

Our desserts and pastries are rich in domestic berries from our own forest as well as nearby berry farms, as well as fresh seasonal fruits: for example, we use apples from our home garden for pies, and we make homemade berry jam for Swiss rolls and ice cream portions.
